Evollusion – defined

This is a tongue-in-cheek bastardisation of the word “Evolution”. Evollusion is the illusion of evolutionary activity and behaviour, where it simply isn’t present. This author sees evolution as a form of social conditioning rather than absolute scientific fact. Involution is as much present in the world and includes evolutionary processes within it.

Evollusion is a kind of illusory seeing of selection as a necessity where in fact, emergence is often more productive and will happen anyway. Evollusion is also a fixation on survival of the fittest, on competitive behaviour, even to the detriment of longer term prosperity and performance.
