On consultancy

 If a business stinks, as a consultant,  make sure that you don’t  end up only acting as an air freshener. “

Too much consultancy is a conflict of interest, where collusive leaders, who pay the fees, require the consultant to slow down change, to dilute and even stall it, wrapped up in facilitated experiences that are upbeat, pseudo-motivational and even fake. This diluted change is then talked up as transformation. Yet it is all spin and deception.
